Friday: Breakfast
I had breakfast at the local coffee shop – delicious!
Lunch – Another Burrito! 👍
Dinner – Beefless Stew (3)

I would like to make a point of telling you I could find no description of this item anywhere – not on the website or the Facebook page. This was bizarre to me. Why would they have specific menus for each week if they could include any item they wanted anyway? That doesn’t make any sense to me, but I paid for the food so I tried it. It was quite delicious. Although it was “beefless,” it contained mushrooms that were very meaty in texture. It tasted like a vegan replication of a classic beef stew. It didn’t blow me away, but I was not disappointed either. I only wish there was somewhere I could find the exact ingredients.

Dessert – Protein Packed Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip (2)

At first glance, this dessert looks exactly like cookie dough. It had the same texture, color, and consistency. I decided not to turn it into a dip but to just eat it as is. In hindsight, I should’ve used it as it was intended. This dough is so sweet. I couldn’t imagine what it would’ve tasted like had it been made into actual cookies. It was almost as if sugar was the main ingredient. I think was especially off-putting for me as I am not particularly fond of sweet food. I do not think there was anything wrong with it, however, so I know there are people out there who would enjoy it very much. I am just not into sweets much.
The end is near – stay tuned!
